Sending a Recovery to us
Please ensure the following is observed when sending your media for data or picture recovery: Flash Cards, USB Sticks and Floppy Discs all can be wrapped well in either bubble wrap or tissue paper.
Place in a Jiffy bag and send via recorded or special delivery. Please email us for a shipping form.
We usually can email or allow you FTP access to your files within 24-48 hours. Alternatively we can send your data on a 4GB Kingston Data Traveller G2 by our courier service++
If you are outside the UK you can access your data on our secure servers as customers in Peru, Denmark & Norway have discovered!
Payment - We accept card payments or you can pay online via SagePay BACS or CHAPS.
If you are sending your device from a School, University or other public body then we will accept a valid Purchase Order on credit terms of 30 days.
All Recoveries paid for are issued with a full VAT receipt
