The only time we will charge a diagnostic fee
is if repeated repair attempts have been made prior to the device
arriving in our workshops.
We can organise collection of your failed device via our courier service or you can send via Royal Mails - Recorded Signed For™. Our usual standard turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt of your device in our workshops.

accept that sometimes this isn't possible due to the complexity of
some of the work we have to do to recover your data, particularly in
